Wow! I am finally posting my First Blog. I named this Blog E.O.T which stands for End Of Tour. The significance in this for me throughout my career has been the goal at the beginning of my day. As a first responder I am not guaranteed to go home at the end of my shift. It is humbling when you stop and think about it. This humbling perspective allows you to be grateful for the present moment regardless of what good or bad is thrown at you throughout the day. As time has gone on and I have learned more within my craft and career the goals at the beginning of the day have piled up to help me EOT. How do You Start Your Day to stay focused and aligned to make sure that you finish your day to go EOT?
